Delivery & returns

Your delivery total

Standard delivery is $7.95; delivery is included for product subtotals of $150 or more. The basket shows the charge before you submit.

Handling this collection

Check the subfloor, moisture and installation directions. Coverage calculations estimate full boxes and do not replace a site survey.

Before returning a product

Contact support@plankroute.shop with the order reference and item information before sending a return. Retain the packaging and describe the issue. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Destination and installation

Check destination eligibility and delivery arrangements before ordering. Installation, assembly and building work are not included.
